- Custom Web Development & Design:
- Initial deposits and milestone payments cover committed labor and setup costs and are non-refundable once project kickoff has commenced.
- If a project is cancelled by the client before milestone completion, refund eligibility is calculated based on work completed up to that point.
- Hosting & Recurring Services:
- Hosting, domain registration, and third-party license fees are non-refundable once purchased or renewed on behalf of the client.
- Monthly recurring maintenance or retainer services can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Digital Marketing & SEO Services:
- Due to the strategic and resource-intensive nature of marketing campaigns, fees paid for ongoing monthly marketing packages or ad spend management are non-refundable.
- Refund Request Process:
- To submit a cancellation or refund inquiry, email info@timetohive.com with your project details, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
